Boiling Springs High School Nurses

Our school is blessed to have three fulltime nurses. They are Erin Childers, Heather Sweeney and Tricia Gowan.

Tricia Gowan is the nurse at the Freshman Academy. Tricia has been a nurse for over 20 years. She graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The majority of her nursing career has been in various positions within SRMC. She is married and has 4 children. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Erin Childers is one of the nurses at the main campus. Erin has been a nurse since graduating from Cherokee Technology Center's School of Practical Nursing in 2015. The majority of her nursing career has been in the geriatric setting. She is married and has 2 children. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Our goal is to provide each student with the best care possible. We strive to treat each student as we would want our children to be treated. We also try to educate students on their health conditions and things they can do to take better care of themselves. If you ever have concerns or questions please feel free to contact us.
