After a wonderful homecoming week, Boiling Springs High School crowned Isabel Espinoza its 2026 Homecoming Queen on Friday night.
Following the halftime presentation under the lights at Bulldog Stadium, Espinoza made sure to recognize her classmates. #D2isFamily
"It feels nice to know that my peers like the pure, realistic energy I give to them.” said Espinoza. “It's so nice that I have so many friends, and I'm so grateful for them. Tonight is just such a reflection of that."

The two runners-up were: Lana Wardlaw, escorted by her father Chad Wardlaw and sponsored by No. 2 DJ Leak, London Woodruff, escorted by father Jason Woodruff and sponsored by No. 15 CJ Birk.

Congratulations to the District 2 Chick-fil-A Fine Arts Student of the Week Colton Pitts from Boiling Springs High School! #2sGotTalent Below is what his Band Director Tyler Scarabino wrote about him.
"Colton is our Band Captain and has done a wonderful job with helping set a positive example for his peers! He is patient when working with younger students and is consistently an exceptional marcher and player! Due to popular demand, the deadline to purchase tickets for the Homecoming Dance has been extended until 3pm today! This will be the final chance to purchase, tickets will not be available at the door.

When you drive in to Boiling Springs High School for today's game vs Catawba Ridge, you will see hundreds of American Flags lining the entrance.
As part of today's special Military Appreciation Game Day Program, a flag has been placed in honor of each victim of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Thank You to our NJRTOC Bulldogs for carefully setting each flag out.
We hope our community's Service Members and First Responders will join us at Bulldog Stadium this evening to be recognized. #D2Patriotism

Below is what Coach Kristi Foster-Boyd shared about him.
"Jerry is the type of student-athlete every coach wants in their program. He is coachable, respectful, hardworking, and willing to do what is asked of him to become better. What stands out most about Jerry is that his character goes beyond his athletic ability. He exemplifies what it means to be an all-around great young man both on and off the field.
Jerry understands that being a student comes before being an athlete. He takes his academics seriously and knows that his grades and the choices he makes in the classroom will create opportunities long after sports are over. That same discipline carries over into athletics, where he continues to work, learn, and compete at a high level.
Jerry has already gained interest from the University of Miami for Track & Field, which speaks to his athletic potential and continued development. However, what makes me most proud to nominate him is not just what he can accomplish on the track or football field. It is the young man he continues to become. Jerry represents his school, his teammates, his coaches, and himself in a way that makes him deserving of Athlete of the Week."
