Welcome to BSHS Swimming!

My name is Sophia Caggiano, and I am currently a senior at USC upstate majoring in biology. I was a swimmer for over a decade and retired after my senior year.
I have been coaching for quite a few years now. The 2023-24 season is

my first year coaching at Boiling Springs High School.

My goals for this team are to create an environment for these student athletes where they can come and encourage each other and work hard to better themselves in and out of the pool

Swimming is a sport that takes a certain mentality, and I strongly believe in pushing my athletes to be the best versions of themselves all while maintaining their schoolwork.
